        don't get me wrong, i love wawa. and i enjoyed the novelty of the "biggest wawa in the world" going in. but actually being there, it just felt like a massive waste of space. this gigantic wawa was serving maybe 5 people. and the selection was the same as any other wawa, just heavily spaced out. had a cold warehouse feel, not the charming roadside wawa feel.

        bathrooms were closed, seating area was closed, poor customer service, poor service in general. ordered 3 small lattes and took almost 30min to get them. I do not recommend this wawa to anyone.

        I haven't purchased at Wawa since then because of this experience. I didn't get all items that were already prepaid for and when I called the manager to address the situation he was rude, professional, but extremely rude, didn't listen at all and delivered nastiness professionally. I already called corporate beforehand to ask what are my options and they said it was the store manager's preference. Well I guess he preferred to lose a customer. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT OR ENCOURAGE others to purchase from this Wawa.

        No public restroom after 3pm! I was going to use the restroom and purchase some items but now they have lost my business. Zero stars and bad business practices.

        Honestly, for the biggest Wawa in the world, they sure have slow service. The one off of 9th & Walnut is way faster.
