we brought a ceiling light from Elegant lighting at Wayfare in May. shipping was very fast and everyone loved the light. Unfortunately, one of the light was broken after 1 month. we contacted wayfare and was referred to contact elegant lighting directly. initially, our inquire did not get the attention. when we called again, Steven Yu was on the phone and he listened and resolved the issue like a champ. We are very happy to know that there is a company who has integrity and can provide superb customer service. Thank you for making our day Steven!

I purchased a bathroom vanity from a distributor who sells Elegant Furniture & Lighting. When we opened the box it was slightly damaged - nothing major but enough draw your attention to it. It was pasted the return date from the distributor so we reached out to the manufacturer directly. They went above and beyond to address the situation. Im sad to see some negative reviews about customer service on here. This was not my experience at all. Sometimes folks have unrealistic expectations when it comes to how things should be handled. Were thankful to the Elegant team for everything they did to help us out. Well be returning customers.

Do not order ANY lighted mirrors from Elegant Furniture and Lighting. The Manufacturer installed a transformer that only accepts a 3w/24v Bulb which is proprietary and not available for purchase on the open market. When 2 bulbs burnt out within 2 months of installation, I tried for weeks to work with Houzz and Homesquare/Elegant Furniture and Lighting to get the correct replacement bulbs or a link to purchase the correct bulbs. (They did send us 1 bulb - we had 2 that were burnt out - and that does not solve the problem long term. They did send us a link to numerous bulbs on Amazon - NONE of them was the correct 3W/24V bulb that is necessary for the manufacturer-installed transformer.) Our only option is now to have an electrician rewire the mirror to bypass the transformer so we can use a regular LED bulb. I asked for a refund from Houzz/Homesquare/Elegant Furniture and Lighting to help cover the cost of the electrician and they refused. ~In summary, If you want to buy a mirror that you can't buy replacement lightbulbs for and spend double the cost of the mirror to have an electrician make it compatible with a Normal Led bulb. ~Then by all means~ order from Homesquare/Elegant Furniture and Lighting.
