I went two days in a row the first day the lady was wonderful! The second day the 2 ladies extremely rude & unprofessional! If youre literally scared to grab a piece of paper or give me a label 1. Find a different profession or 2. Wear gloves!!!!!!

Terrible service. They have the security guard answering for the appointments at the door, they didnt collect my urine telling me they cut off the urine samples at a certain time - mind you, the person ahead of me was seen, without an appointment. Their number gives you an automated service that takes 30 minutes to explain COVID-19 testing. Do NOT go here.

AVOID THIS PLACE. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. I entered the facility, no one was at the front desk so I checked in with the electronic screen. As I was waiting I heard a frustrated individual complaining about something, most likely customers. Then, she called my name. She approach me in a highly unprofessional and rude manner. After she called my name she yelled: "DO YOU HAVE FULL BLADDER? 'Cause if do don't we ain't doing this. Though I was annoyed, I politely stated, "Ma'am this why I am here for. So I will try." Her response: "I don't need you to try. I need you to go." I simply went to this place out of convenience. Nonetheless, I would not suggest this place at all. I will be filing a complaint on this employee.
