Kudos to Quest Laboratory on Germantown Ave. Walked in and was seen immediately. Staff was very professional. Technician was extremely nice.

The yellow accent walls and abundant natural light are such a delightful change from the drab norm. The waiting room is clean, quiet, and spacious. Wheelchair accessibility is especially easeful and the curbside parking ideal. The office was well-signed. Dinah, my phlebotomist, was supremely timely, calm, efficient, and competent. It was the most pleasant, tranquil, and blessedly straightforward lab experience Ive had. Ill definitely choose this Quest location again. The only improvements Id recommend would be to banish the fluorescent lighting and to add even more yellow!

The facility was very clean and well organized. A check-in kiosk was available for your use. I was serviced immediately after check-in. The staff was very professional.

They were really nice, professional, prompt, and friendly. The lobby was also spacious and clean, if you need lab work done check out this location
