Labcorp

Dingy, bureaucratic, zero concern for the patient experience. I was unable to get bloodwork because they required me to have a physical printout of the order from my doctor. Either that, or I had to call my doctor's office and wait for them to fax it over, or pay to download an app and fax it myself. They do not have a printer that customers can use. How is it that they have a self check-in machine that automatically pulled all my information and medical record, but they don't have a way to get a pdf with a QR code from my phone onto their system?

Fully lost my samples so I had to get a new panel from my Dr and do it over again.

The ladies working the front desk at this Labcorp were so nice and pleasant to work with- more so than any other labcorp experience Ive had. I had some issues with paperwork and they were so patient and helpful. Additionally I dont like getting my blood drawn and they made me at ease through the whole process. Thank you to them!

I have dissatisfaction with the service I received at this facility on Oct 17. I had an appointment at 10:45 a.m. and I brought my blood work that was prescribed by my doctor. However, when I approached the front desk, the female Hispanic receptionist was very rude to me. She refused to accept my blood work and demanded to know the name of my doctor. She did not listen to me when I tried to explain that the information was on the paper. She also made a racist remark, and said "this is America and you have to be respectful". I felt humiliated and offended by her behavior.
