This lab opened up late. Not only that, the staff member did not listen when I told her that I was a hard stick. I told her to draw from my hand and she stated that "everyone says that" and that she could get the sample from my arm. After fishing around and me expressing discomfort, the staff member stated that I had small veins and then drew from my hand. Definitely would not recommend this location. Learn to listen to patients/consumers. We are NOT pin cushions! Also, open ON TIME, people have other appointments, work, school, etc.

Front desk ladies are very rude. They talk to you like you are creating a problem for them. After using the kiosk and signing in the lady came out saying what are you here for I explained well sit down someone will call you then she said whats your name I told her she said well come to the desk then I mean so unprofessional and rude they had attitudes out of this work with everybody. This has to stop especially in Black communities treating each other like we are bothering them my bad I thought this was your job

I went for blood work Sonja was at the desk really nice and helpful. Desire did my blood work and she was amazing! First time Ive had blood work without turning black and blue after. Ill be back to her in the future.
