        Dr Chen had been taking care of my mom for years now. Mom is happy with him and so am I. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help when ask.

        Ultimately my issue wasn't anything a rheumatologist could fix, but Dr Kelly worked hard to rule out all possibilities on the rheumatology side

        This practice has a new phone system that supposedly better serves the patient. But I called twice to make an appointment and got a voicemail greeting requiring me to leave a message that would be returned "promptly." It has been more than 3 hours and no return calls. They don't realize that it's better to be on hold and get the appointment made than to wait for a call back. I am a retired physician and I think this is very poor office management.
