Working with Tiffany has been one of the most life changing experiences I've ever had. Prior to working with Tiffany, I've had a handful of therapists and had been going to therapy on and off for years. I always felt there was something missing in past sessions or a bridge I was unable to gap in the comfort and genuinity in the relationship I had with my past therapists. I never felt like I was heading in the right direction with the work I was doing, and left sessions feeling unfulfilled and stagnant. Tiffany has allowed me to do some pivotal, deep-reaching emotional and mental work and for the first time in my life I feel as though I am finally embarking on a healing journey that I have wanted to start for years. Tiffany's approach to therapy has shown me that healing can be a collaborative process where I am able to be held as well as hold myself during times of emotional and mental deep diving. Tiffany's support and insight has allowed me to gain new life perspectives, acknowledge traumas and deep-seated thoughts and emotions I've held onto my whole life, and give me the confidence and determination to reframe attitudes regarding everyday predicaments. I look forward to continue doing work with her and am excited for what the future will have in store for me under her gentle, but firm supporting hand in this healing journey I've started with her.
