Barbara Vail Design has been designing our guest house in Nashville, TN. Her business treats the project as if it's their own home. Follow-through and follow-up is impeccable! The number of decisions in taking on this project was paralyzing for me and having a loving, thoughtful design guide - and extra person who's invested - has been worth every penny. They've eased the process immensely, especially for busy, first-time reno clients. There is no way we could've done this without BVD (build-wise and sanity-wise)! We're so excited, as each phase of the project comes to life!

I can't recommend Barbara enough! Her design sense and choices when it came to furniture, lighting, paint color, and wallpaper utterly transformed our apartment. She listens carefully to her clients' needs and is very accommodating and responsive.

Barbara helped us with design decisions in two homes in the last five years. She was very easy to work with, quickly assessing our taste and making suggestions that were exactly what we needed. She has great sources for furniture, window treatments, lighting - whatever your design needs might be. Our last project was tricky due to the pandemic but Barbara never missed a beat communicating.
