I sold this house in under 30 days. Great price. But - Why is that special? The house - built in 1850 - needed a total renovation. If sold to a developer - it would have gotten pennies on the dollar. I wanted an end user who would see the potential. One of my MOST IMPORTANT secret ingredients: HIRE SUNFLOWER CREATIONS. Ali Kutner, Jenee Satterworth, and even the owner, Bart Passanante, were involved. I originally thought - this needs so much work - why stage. My idea: Put a table and 2 chairs on the 1st floor so people could sit and reflect. Ali said I wouldn't get the result I was looking for; BOY WAS SHE RIGHT! People were amazed with the cozy, inviting and tastefully staged 1st floor. Love you Sunflower: Creative; terrific expertise; easy to work with; accommodating / designs befitting each house they stage (not one look fits all)...and did I mention - they got the cleaner and also the painter for outside doors and shutters.
