I had an amazing experience at State Farm with my agent, Matt. From the start, he was incredibly open and friendly throughout the process of helping me get quotes and eventually getting set up with an auto insurance policy that fits my needs and my budget. He continues to make himself available to me for any inquiries I may have and makes an effort to keep my best interests in mind and as a priority. Especially as a younger driver in college, getting my first vehicle insured seems like a daunting task but he made me feel comfortable asking questions and offered clarification on everything and anything from the get-go. Not once did I feel pressured to make certain decisions on my coverage and I felt very well informed while working with Matt, despite my minimal background knowledge regarding auto insurance.

Worked with Brendan who was a big help and saved me over $1,850 annually with all my insurance policies. I originally looked at a quote for auto insurance and Brendan reached out to me. After a good conversation, Brendan provided quotes on all my current insurances and made the decision to switch to State Farm a no brainer. I spoke with Mia over the phone regarding life insurance. She was able to explain the different plan options and the benefits of each. The application process was easy and any questions I had were explained in detail. Mia took her time to make sure I was well informed and understood everything I was signing. I will definitely be contacting State Farm again for condo and car insurance in the future.
