I can't say enough good things about Air Changes Heating & Cooling. They were able to assess my problem quickly and though it wasn't something that could be fixed by them they were more than honest about it and extremely helpful with helping us determine our course of action. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be calling them in the future for any further maintenance issues we have.

Never really got to "use them" and find out the quality of their workmanship. But I did learn something about their customer service. I called and scheduled a cleaning / maintenance check on two side by side boilers in a duplex. The service was scheduled for between 2pm and 5pm. I arrived at 1:45pm and checked my voicemail. There was a message from the tech left at 1:30pm stating that if I didn't call back within 5 minutes, the service would need to be rescheduled. I called back as soon as I could around 1:50pm, 20 minutes after their call, and the tech told me that they were already on their way to another job. So, they give themselves a 3hour arrival window, but give me 5 minutes to respond to a voicemail left 1/2 hour before the 3-hour window even starts. I take this as an example of how pushy this company probably is. I'll be looking for someone else. Service: Heating system maintenance

We used Air Changes Heating and Cooling to install two new heating and air condition units in our duplex both first and second floor. We got a great price from Jared and Matt on both units. They gave us a date for installation and they were there right on time. They didn't leave until they went over all of the operating instructions to ensure we were comfortable with the new units. They left our property just as they found it neat and clean. Prior to the installation of the new units at our duplex Matt provided services to our home unit and did not disappoint. Both Matt and Jared are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. Would most definitely use them again and would also recommend them to family and friends.
