I can start by saying the service was okay. Housekeeping was horrible. I will never stay at this Hilton property every again. I spent $1500 plus for a room with a moldy shower curtain, mold in the shower, dust, and grime on the facial tissue holder, 1 of the double beds needed clean bedding so I called for it once we sanitized the room ourselves. It took them 3 calls to the front desk before they delivered our clean set. We ordered room service, and the food was a 5 the first night. I had to call them back to bring some fresh fries back to replace the soggy fries they brought us the first time. I complained about the bathroom, and the front desk associate just looked at me like that is a normal thing and just said okay. I checked out early and said I would never stay at this Hilton Property ever again. This is not my first Hilton Property, but I know that I won't stay at The Inn at Penn ever again.
