We stayed here due to a cancelled flight. I do not recommend we were charged around $230 a night for the room but the comforter was dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well. There is no AC so its extremely hot in the room, cant get sleep because of it. They said all rooms are set at the same temperature. They dont even have a vending machine for at least some water. Super tiny room. Only good thing is location but Id recommend going elsewhere in the area.

Rooms: Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff people. Amazing and newly renovated ambiance.
Nearby activities: The location sits in the heart of Philly downtown. You will find all the eateries and fun activities around the hotel premises.
Walkability: The location of the hotel is right at the center of the downtown, from places to eat to shopping elite brand clothes everything is within walking distance

False advertising. This place prominenntly displays what ends up being city hall as their property. On google and on Expedia and other palces. This is called misleading and false advertising. You cannot show a photo of a building and pretend thats the destination. I know what city is staying in and city hall has nothing to do with the hotel Im trying to find information on. I do not recommend this place it was very dirty and run down and dusty and the location is sketchy. Its laughable this place is still able to list city hall as their location and hasnt been sued into oblivion. They offered no compensation to Expedia so we will be getting their listing removed from google and Expedia with a legal summons if they dont refund us within 48 hours. If I see a reach out on here I will communicate back

Hi!
We recently were there for 1 night with our two kids. Primarily for location. The access to various restaurants, public transport etc was super nice and convenient. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Their front desk area was very welcoming and green, modern look too. We recommend this place. We had a very nice experience.

Great location but customer service and management sucks. Overbooked us and didn't even get us booked at another hotel.
