I wanted to get an up-do hairstyle here at this place. I wanted to get my hair done on a Friday and called them on a Tuesday to get the price of a style I wanted. On Tuesday an employee by the name of Dwayne picked up the phone and I explained to him the style I wanted and asked for the price. He did let me know that the lady hairstylist who would do the hairstyle wasnt currently in the shop at the time. I did let him know that I would like to leave my name, phone number, message for the stylist and to pass that information to her. Dwayne said he would pass the message along to the hairstylist and that she would call me back. That same day, I never received a call back. I never received a call back the next day. I called them on Thursday and Friday and my phone calls went to voicemail. After that, I never decided to go with them afterwards. Extremely unprofessional on their part and it let me know how they would act if I was in their salon. Do not waste your time and go to a salon where professionalism is always first before anything.
