        I contacted Donna from finding her on google and took her advice to cut all my locs off so she could start me over fresh. When the time came to schedule an appointment she left me on read and never responded. Im only giving a bad review because if I werent capable and able to install my own locs I would be stuck with no locks and lots of regret. Dont just listen to anyone ladies, make sure you know what to do with your own crown so you dont get left hanging by someone like Donna.

        In 2022 I had lost a lot of locs and was very thin on top. My loctician had closed due to Covid and I went months without a retie. I started researching and found Str8relaxed2loc. I am so glad I did. I started taking biotin and per Donna's recommendation I started massaging Irish Sea Moss gel on my scalp. By the time I went back for my retie, I had 7 new locs. They were small but my hair was flourishing. I can't say enough about Donna and Kyra. If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would!

        Amazing customer service She educates you on you scalp and hair as she does it Nice atmosphere clean and calm music She was gentle enough for me to fall asleep sitting up I absolutely love my hair and it loves me for making the decision to book with Str8Relaxed2Loc I love the name Me my hair and my scalp send big hugs and thanks you have a new client!!!!!

        Never again. Never letting anyone do my hair again. You pulled my hair out. My hair aint never fell out until I came to you. Never again . The first time she did my hair she was nice. The second time it was around other people. I dont know if she was showing off but like what I did to you?? I might have to shave my hair off and start again. That how bad she messed up my hair .
