If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Doesn't know how to do layers, didn't do it like in the pictures I showed. The cutter just cut it as if she doesn't care about HER client. I also only had a haircut without shampoo and still costed me as much as if I DID! and didn't cut the length I WANT.

It was my first time coming here for a haircut and I will NEVER come back. I came in and 5 minutes later, they took me back to wash my hair. The washing process was the only enjoyable part of the experience. After my hair was finished washing, it was wrapped up and I was seated in one of the chairs. I was waiting over 35 minutes with wet hair for the lady to finish up other clients. Once she finally got to me, I asked for 2-3 inches of hair to be trimmed off. She asked if I wanted long layers. I said yes. As I was watching her cut my hair, I started to get nervous because she was taking off TOO much hair when she was working on the layers. The final outcome was awful. My hair layers looked so choppy! It didn't looked seamless at all. It wasn't even "long" layers. There was about a 6 inch difference between the shortest layer and the longest layer in the back of my hair. The sides was even worst! It was almost a 10 inch difference! She was styling my hair after the cut, but it's too pitiful to even call it styling and just made it look worst. I was embarrassed with how the haircut came out and had to curl my hair for a few days to hide the choppiness. In the end, I went to another salon to have them cut off additional hair to somewhat even out my length so that I can wear my hair straight.

Just finished cutting, the whole process is very comfortable, the technique is very good, come again next time
