        Visited this place recently. Nemo the owner allowed me to train here over 15 years ago. This was my introduction to fitness. This is we're I discovered my passion for fitness. I have since earned multiple certificates in various capacities and been able to mentor others on there mission to a healthy life style. As I walked in I became overwhelmed with emotion as I saw lots of kids there learning about fitness. Each one I saw myself in. The impact on community is grass rout's and as real as it gets. Thanks you so much for helping me find my passion. This place is making real change!
