        Past experiences where great. Just make sure if you cancel your membership ,it's really canceled. The reps there failed to cancel my membership even after two in-person visits and several phone calls. My money was never returned eventhough the fault was theirs.

We typically require a signature for all cancellations, which can be gathered either by canceling in person, or by mailing your home club a hand-signed letter; please know it is recommended to be sent certified, but not required. As each state has different requirements for online cancellations, we do recommend giving your home club a call once more for direct guidance on how to go about canceling your membership: planetfitness.com/gyms. Please know that any potential refunds are up to the management's discretion, so we would recommend reaching out to the management team at your home club directly.
