Old Nelson Food Market Spring Garden

Went in on my lunch break with my friend. It was pretty busy and I was waiting for my food when I noticed my friend holding open his jacket. I thought he was just having casual conversation but walked over to listen to the cashier accuse him of stealing. As he checked out she said, "where is the gum?" He told her he put it back. She responded with, "no it's in your pocket". He pulled out all his pockets to show her that he did not in-fact take the gum. Take note that of all the patrons in the store, and there were quite a few, he was the only black person in the building. Once I walked over she quickly changed her tune and pretended like nothing happened. Teach your staff to be a lot less racist. She didn't see him take anything, she just made assumptions.

I use to recommend them for their hoagies. However, they have gotten very selfish (holding out) on the luncheon meats. Perhaps change the scales to add a little more and without paying for extra. The prices have even increased.

I purchased Oreo cookie dirt (pudding) for my granddaughter and when we got home we opened it and the entire had mold coving the top of it. Seriously! And those poort students that go to school in the neighborhood go to that place and the unfriendly woman at the cash register did not care.
