        Went to return two pillow shams that have never been opened. Waited in line for over 10min to make said return because they could not get someone to help with pick ups and returns. But, know this the holiday season so no big deal. Got up to the register and was told that I could not return without a receipt. I have returned items to target using the form of payment originally used. She asked for my ID. Tried scanning it and said she cannot do a return without a receipt or scanning my ID. Asked if I could put in my form of payment. She said no. Asked if I could get store credit to which she also responded no. I understand holidays are a stressful time but dont give customers incorrect information.
