        Had a water heater go out on me. Prime Contractors came out same day I called. Tony replaced the water heater for a lot cheaper than every plumber I contacted before him. He was very professional. He also educated me on how to maintain the unit. Something a lot of contractors dont tend to share. I would highly recommend him.

      Sorry you had a bad experience. Your situation is unfortunate. Customers with a home warranty company feel obligated to complain on the contractors. How it works is your home warranty company sends us to your home. We collect a service call fee. Send over diagnosis to the home warranty company. If they decline to cover the claim the customer tends to take it out on the contractor. We are private contractors. We are not part of your home warranty company. I feel there are certain home warranty companies can be a scam hence why we stopped taking jobs from those particular companies.
