I have used Philadelphia Remodeling and Painting. We signed a contract with them to come out and redo a space in our home. Unfortunately, most of the job was not completed correctly. Notes were never written down so claims are being made that we, the home owners, made many changes. It wasnt the necessarily changes that were the problem, but the lack of workmanship and knowledge of the contractors. When asked to paint a room grey it was painted green. Ceilings were painted colors and not white. Walls are not straight, outlets that were installed are not level with ones that were already in place, and plumbing leaked just to name a few issues. As the project was in progress, my father, a knowledgeable kitchen cabinet salesman, made suggestions to the contractors. While they were correct ways to do the project, the contractor felt his way was better and felt threatened by a more experienced professional. I strongly suggest NOT using Philadelphia Remodeling.
