I can not begin to explain what a life saver James and Life Liberty Builders have been. My husband and I were moving to Philly from Massachusetts. He got a great job at Penn. So in this high priced home market it made sense for us to buy a fixer upper and remodel. James looked at 3 different homes for us at no cost. Gave his feedback and estimates. We settled on the home I'm in now. And it was amazing. Not only did they rehab it to new construction quality, he put a 1 story addition on as well in the back for our office space. All of it was hos idea and it worked perfectly. That's just half the story. Hubby and I allways dreamed of starting to do fix and flips, and the process we went through with James was actually exactly what a investment project would be. So we decided to try it. Now, our 1st flip is abt 2 weeks from finish and it's going to be completed early it seems to boot. The Arv is much higher than expected so we will he able to do it again very soon. And we will be using life liberty builders for sure. Jim (LLB) was very professional and completed the work as promised. He was reasonably priced and followed through when questions came up. Services: Basement remodeling, Painting, Drywall installation

No Jim. You didn't build a new bedroom. Are you kidding me?! And we agreed to have someone else do the siding and porch and you agreed that the $20,000 we would keep which YOU quoted for the porch and suding. The electric was never finished. In 1 1/2 years you only came to oyr house four times. And two of those four were to puck up money. You never checked on the progress. And you said if we gave a good review, yoh would build us a back deck for nothing. After Covid was over you STILl didnt come around. Then you said you were broke and in bad times and said you didn't care if I gave  bad review. Now your tune has changed. Dont hire this joker.

Had life liberty builders replace back deck and fix slipping stud in living room ceiling, also drywall entire ceiling. A month later after being paid in full, I noticed spot missed on ceiling by wooden mounding, called James and they came back and fixed it! Its nice to see some contractors still have integrity!
