Completely FRAUDULENT. Helen Waite fraudulently told me that she cremated my mother's body, (after stealing all of my mother's body,( THEN Ms Waite LIED falsely alleging that she BURIED my mother's BODY, next to my deceased body! As everyone knows, one can NOT BURY a CREMATED BODY, and then BURY that CREMATED BODY! = Ms. Waite also lied telling me that she was burying my deceased mother's urn, which belonged to me, IF it existed.Alsio Ms. Waite stole my deceased expensive cell phone, and when I asked her about it, she falsely the alleged that she would return it to me "next time" yet since she and I were already speaking face-to-face, there was NO reason she didn't have it THEN, and I haven't heard back from her since!Additionally, Ms, Waite had NO receipts, nor ANY other evidence that there was any funeral. Worsely, since my deceased mom retired from the City of Philadelphia, Ms. Waite's Funeral Home was paid for all Funeral Services and the Funeral Home, she also scammed me out of $7,452, from my beneficiary funds!

I had a few experiences with funeral homes and by far this was the best one that I have experienced. From Ms Helen Waite herself, down to every colleague I encountered provided A-1 services. I would highly recommend this business. Ms Helen drove my fathers body down south and made sure that the service was what my father wouldve wanted. Horrible experience. The owner lies to your face. Place unkept and ppl are very unprofessional. If you actually loved the person who passed away. Do not take them here.

Great service. Staff were professional and provided a great service for my late fathers funeral. Highly recommend.

I went to my friends funeral which was from 5 PM to 7 PM. I made it there by 6:30 PM due to so much traffic and water floods everywhere because it was raining so hard. When I got there there was two ladies waiting there already knocking on the door I called at least 10 times and no one answered the owner of the funeral home decided to close the facility early because it was slow and raining hard. As a professional if your business hours stated the viewing was from 5 PM to 7 PM they shouldve stood there instead of making their own decision and closing up at 6 PM and not letting anyone know. I felt very sad that I came an hour and 15min to not be able to say my final goodbye! Very disappointed
