Run people Run!!!!!!! This place is terrible. We laid my grandma to rest and it was a terrible experience. They didn't do anything that the were supposed to. I'm not sure who the owner is. But, Beth Wescott is a inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude, cunning person. I had to let her know that I wouldn't tolerate her attitude and how she was speaking to me. She has a horrible attitude and her mouth makes you want to slap her because there's no compassion. The funeral home is old, dated and terrible. We gave them items and they lost them and then told us...we didn't give them anything. If you want a great experience...Run from this place. They charged $600 to pick up the body and $1,000 to embalm. The funeral directors weren't at the funeral, flowers werent labeled correctly, and are super expensive and not worth one cent. My grandma did NOT look good, and her skin was dark. They should be closed down because they're very, very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Once again...runnnnnn!!!!!! I wish I could give -0 stars because that's what the deserve.

I would like to share my experience with Westcott Funeral home. The funeral directors were so disrespectful. Constance arguments back and forth. Our flowers were not labeled properly labeled. The directors didn't even attended the service. This experience caused my daughter not attend her our grandmother's funeral. There was no compassion shown to us in our time of bereavement!!!

We had my nephew funeral services at WESCOTT and they did an excellent job. He looked very natural, his hair and skin were perfect. Marie was very patient, comforting with me and the services were stellar. Im glad they were recommended to me.
