Mike Fitzpatrick is compassionate, thorough, and professional. He helped my family through a very difficult time, keeping in touch throughout the process. Always accessible. He and Mary Ellen were excellent. I highly recommend this family run funeral home when your family goes through the loss of a loved one.

Failed to produce death certificate ; still waiting after 3 weeks after the death of our mother. Fitzpatrick offered for us to pick it up rather than being mailed instead; that was the agreement. Instead, without notification they decided to mail it. Now, almost one month later, USPS cant locate the package. My beef is with Fitzpatrick for not honoring the agreement, and failing to follow simple directions. Additionally, they didnt bother to communicate their decision to change of plans. UPDATE: I requested from them a new set, to which they agreed and hand delivered after I pushed back; sadly it happened on the 30 day anniversary of my mothers death.
