I'm am so grateful for the way Victor and his staff handled my son's funeral. They were so compassionate and understanding. He went above and beyond to assist me in this hard time. The level of professionalism along with accommodations was excellent. I recommend to any and everyone to use their services.

My requirements were unusual. We wanted to have a very simple green burial. We had already chosen a cemetery, so we only needed minimal services from the funeral director. I spoke to Jennifer, then Peter with my requests. I then got a callback from Victor. He knew everything I wanted. It was all very clear. The transfer of information from the other two people to Victor had been handled flawlessly. They had never done a green burial before. But Victor suggested a different cemetery, that in the end, saved us more than 2/3 of what our original plan would have cost. Once I verified the cemetery Victor suggested, I knew instantly that Baldi was the company for me. I knew they were looking out for my best interests without trying to take advantage of me or upsell in any way. These guys handled everything very professionally. They are very well run by people who care. I cant recommend them more highly.
