Mr Kent and his staff handled my mothers funeral service this last weekend. Top notch service. They were extremely professional, accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. The funeral home is well kept and very clean. They definitely take pride in what they do. They made my mother look amazing. I am so very grateful for you guys. I am definitely sending all recommendations your way!!

For every person who received great service from him CONGRATULATIONS. I was referred to him and deciding to use his facility was the worst mistake I ever did. The fact that he told my mother that he provided comfortable seating and it wasn't his fault that no one in the building or the live streaming could hear any part of my husband's service. Imagine how embarrassing that was. Sad part is a family friend checked another service and saw that there live stream had no audio either. So he knows that he is giving unprofessional service. Oh wait also the video that he charges for & could not play the video either. What I found out from the Life insurance company is that he borrows money from a 3rd party American Funeral Financial to get paid & then they get the money from the Life insurance company. So he is already getting paid by the time you realize the problems that he doesn't even care to even acknowledge. This is what you get when you try to support black business. If you are thinking of using him for a Loved One BEWARE

My experience with Kent Funeral Home was excellent and a learning experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know. My husband's service was professionally handled. Thank You very much for your services and helping with my spirit and faith.
