I was anxious before my appointment. I can be embarrassing having someone look at your financial info. Coach Chanda was amazing. She instantly made it the conversation light. She handled everything as well. Definitely check them out!

I would like to say SLD is great and professional. I have been working with Coach Chanda and I will say she has been outstanding to work with. She answers all your questions, she great at explaining the loan processes and communicates with you on your appointments. You couldn't ask for a better coach.

Very unprofessional. In my honest opinion, I do not believe that this is a legitimate business. I cane across their oage on instagram . I contacted the number associated with the business and it went to some type of google line . I then received a text from the number asking what I needed. I proceeded to request to book and orientation appointment to discuss a plan for student loan forgiveness. I was sent a link where I scheduled to have call from this company to discuss what plans that they had to assists with student loan forgiveness. I booked the orientation appointment and confirmed. The day of my appointment, I waited and waited. No call, No email, nothing. I then called the number that contacted me from this company, no answer. I then reached out to the business via instagram and my comment was deleted. I try to support Black Owend businesses , but situations like this is why I avoid at all cost. Luckily there are other renound companies that I have found that I would give my money to. Be careful with this business. Being as though its Philadelphia based, it makes it even more shady .
