        I visited the store Saturday the 3rd of February I tried to use my OCT card it took off $30 the cashier said I owed $45 more dollars so I paid her my gut told me $45 for what so I went back for a refund, the cashier refunded the whole $75 back , he asked for a credit card to put the money on because that's the only way to get refund. The money never post on my card we went back and forth, he said it take up to 2 hrs, today is the 4th still no money ,please tell me who to contact because that was the manager

        This store is not a place I recommend to go the staff is very ignorant don't like to help or don't know what they're doing... When I walked up the staff was getting high in front of store they never have anything shelves are always empty this is why I shop online
