        It don't deserve a star ...staff on the phone all of them!...staff standing next to boxes n instead of doing work they leaning on the side laughing on the phone and most of them on speaker being loud they never got bags then most of the time they only take cards no cash with is ILLEGAL in the city of philadelphia worst store in the neighborhood

        Always kind and friendly staff, very kind and outgoing unlike many other store I visited around the city. Today I walked in a staff member was asking customers a would you rather question it was contagious the great energy it was giving off on everyone in store I absorbed the feeling of a place that you felt Comfortable in plus ab environment someone would want to be at the moment! Hats off to this store and it's staff members I pray family dollar takes care of them and compensates them well for the awesome customers service they provide as a resident of the suburbs I very rarely experience this enthusiasm.
