My whole experience today was fantastic. From being greeted by Kahlimah at the front desk, to having the most PAINLESS dental procedure by Dr. Mehta, and being guided through the dental procedure by Omar, it was amazing. I am happy to have this place as my go to dental provider!

Unfriendly front desk staff. No follow up initiated by front desk as promised after cleaning. Uncomfortable experience overall. Really disappointed because I had been a proud patient of theirs on and off for over 20 years. The bright side is my hygienist was a sweetheart. Everything else was impersonal and shaky.

Extremely thorough, very kind, considerate, and clean office. Dr. Song is very knowledgeable and makes it known that she cares. The women at reception are so helpful and explain all questions/billing in detail. As a new patent, I was able to get an appointment immediately. Highly recommend!

The front desk people are lazy, and unprofessional at times. Ive never been told I had to call my insurance company to figure if I was in network or not, I was always told to call in, give group number and the front desk person would give me any information I needed. I was put on hold without being told what I was being put on hold for, I asked to speak with an office manager and no one knows the office managers schedule. The customer service is lacking and needs to be addressed.
