I had a great experience here, but when I needed to change my appointment, I left a message and didnt receive a call back. When I called back again, they were closed up until the date of the appointment. Ive been calling, emailing and leaving messages for weeks with no response. Very unfortunate since this was one of my better experiences with dentists in Philly.

I had 4 fillings done on my left side. Ended up coming back 4 times to get them fixed because I could not eat anything harder than bread without sharp pain. They tried correcting my bite each time and redid one of the fillings which didn't work. They charged me for the filling repair. I finally got fed up and ended up going to another dentist. My new dentist was absolutely shocked after looking at the x-rays. Turns out they didn't put one of my fillings deep enough so there was still a cavity underneath one of them. On top of that they just didn't shape my fillings correctly.

Dentist did an awesome job! Receptionist, on the contrary, was very unpleasant.
