Petchalonis Dental & Associates

I visited dr. petchalonis office it was an ok experience. Very stand offish assistant who left the room with his gloves on for a few mins and came back in the room with the same gloves very disgusted. While waiting to be check out standing behind another person dr only had one receptionist who was very kind . Dr began to come up and call him stupid or tell him it sounds stupid something of that nature ! I forgot i was at an upscale practice more like a medicaid one i will never be going back here ever again !!! Dont walk Run from this place !!!

This dentist over-recommends/upsells expensive treatments for presumably financial gain (could also be poor clinical judgement). If you are new to Dr. Petchalonis and are suddenly told you need fillings, crowns, root canals - please seek a second opinion. This dentist takes advantage of the everyday person's lack of dental knowledge - we generally trust a dentist will recommend appropriately. In addition, his quality of work is awful - filling material between teeth and now my floss gets shredded, and an awful bite. My second opinion dentist summarized it: "Well, it could have been worse." Please check out reviews on other sites.

I have been going to Dr. Petchalonis for around 5 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. - They are always on time for appointments. - Staff and hygienists have been nothing but friendly and helpful. - They have gone extra lengths to make sure I'm comfortable ahead of fillings/anything outside of a regular cleaning.

Dr. Petchalonis is careful to ensure my procedure will be pain-free. He is skilled, gentle, and caring. I trust him to do only what is necessary. He explains what he is going to do at every step. All of the staffers are very nice and helpful. I have been going to this dentist for over ten years and have been very satisfied. Teeth cleaning and x-rays are done by dental hygienists and there have been different ones over the years. I like the current hygienist, Mike.

I have seen Dr. Petchalonis twice now and I can honestly say that it's been the best dentist experience I've ever had. His office staff and hygienist are wonderful, and he clearly cares deeply about his patients' experience. I highly recommend him.
