Hello, my name is Amin. I would like to express my true evaluation about this dental school. At Temple School of Dentistry, I received more thorough, careful treatment and higher quality care than my previous dentist. The students are very attentive to details and listen to patients' concerns.

Came into the office for an emergency and I'm not happy with the out come. The people there waste your time. I come in there with nothing I walk outneith nothing. The only thing they did was take imagining to run up my insurance bc they lady looked at my mouth and knew off top my mouth was infected. Yet, still wasted my time, insurance money, and patience trying to take imaging. Told me I need a root canal but b/c the swelling is bad they can't do nothing. So they told me to pick up an antibiotic and someone will be calling me with an appt for the endo/ root canal. My whole thing is THIS IS AN CRITICAL. MY ONE SIDE PF MY FACE LOOKS LIKE POPPEYEs. It's so swollen. Like come on do better. Now Imma go somewhere else. Not only that but if you have a 9-5 like most Americans, expect to take off or miss hours from work bc they are not flexible but if you reschedule too many times then you can't be schedule with them any more. This place is crazy. I'm balling my eyes out bc of the pain and y'all ain't send me home worhbno pin meds or nothing.

These guys are the best! I can't recommend them highly enough. I was a little concerned, thinking that I was going to be a guinea pig. It turns out it's exactly the opposite: there is supervision and oversight here like you would never get in the dentist office. They seem to accept everybody's insurance, they work with you if your budget is constrained, and they're very cost effective if you're paying for it yourself.

My children has been coming to this place for years. I havent had a issue until today! I kindly went up to the dental receptionist ( pediatric dentistry) to ask her a question. She gave off bad energy even before she opened her mouth! The dental receptionist was very rude, unprofessional, and mean towards me! She has a very nasty attitude and isnt friendly or welcoming at all! This is very unacceptable! My children will not be returning back to the dental place!!!!!!!

Just called for an emergency appointment, was told they no longer except emergency or walk ins. Was asked if i in was pain , swelling or bleeding. I have level 10 pain and swelling but no bleeding. Was told the nearest appointment would be at the end of March !!!! ITS SAD! They should take emergency services off their website then . FALSE ADVERTISING!
