Worst place! Not sure how the model of pricing works when everything is performed by students - who mostly lack experience.

Best dental service I have ever had. I had veneers and they gave me a total new mouth with implants. Trent is the best. Remember that these are students. Please be kind and professional.

Today on Feb 25,2025 I had to have three teeth removed.A young man in oral surgery named Matt showed me how it is suppose to be done.I had a fear of needles all of my life,and never venture to the dentist because of that fear.My fear is now over. I encourage anyone who has a fear of dentist to go to Penn Dental.You are taken care of very well.Thank you Matt for the kindness and respect you showed me. A wonderful person.Needles don'thave to hurt!!!

the most neglectful, unprofessional, unfit place to go for dental work, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. DONT EVEN SEND YOU KIDS HERE TO LEARN DENTISTRY, shut this place down! don't let them experiment with you, they charge you enormous amounts of money, they will mess you up, they will not even care enough to communicate with you about the future course of procedures to fix it...and they'll charge to fix their mistakes too!they will schedule you long into the future, and when you arrive you will sit there forever, waiting, and then they'll push the date back bc they messed something up or bc they messed it up even more. Zero communication, zero accountability, zero care for the patient as they have a revolving door of students they make do all the work and they're just learning on you. The real dentists are hands off, not involved. It's a field day in your mouth and with your health.

I have been fortunate to access the Penn Dental School for several years. The latest student assigned to me is Mugdha who has been the most professional. I felt I was completely included in the process. Mugdha communicates very effectively and encourages me to ask any questions. She was always flexible with the schedule and if I had a need to reschedule an appointment, she offered options which I appreciated and always worked. Once there was a slight error in an invoice, but she was able to get the right people involved and it was fixed. I appreciate the service from Penn dental and always pay promptly and want to stay in good standing. Although I will miss Mugdha as she moves on, I am sure she will represent Penn Dental and have a very successful career.
