Would strongly avoid. Waited a month for a post normal work hour appt (6pm), and received multiple emails and text messages to confirm my appointment. I proceed to confirm my appointment by text message, however, the day before my appointment I receive ANOTHER*** call to confirm (even though I already have). I call back and no answer from the office and I cannot reach a human and my call goes to voicemail. I then am informed on the DAY OF*** my appointment that my appointment was canceled and taken away and that there were no other openings. You would think technology would make this a seamless process and that customer service would be better, but not the case here. Would not recommend scheduling your routine check up here

I went in for a routine cleaning. The dentist was very focused on selling me cosmetic products such as whitening and retainers. He did not apply fluoride to my teeth. I later received a bill for the fluoride, which was never applied. It was an inconvenience to sort out this issue then return to the office for fluoride application.On another routine visit, my insurance carrier changed. I provided my new insurance member number to the front desk. I later receive a bill for $170 for a routine cleaning, which should be covered by insurance. I had to call multiple times, to bother the local office (no one answers the phone) and corporate to resolve this issue. The front desk never updated my new insurance and instead billed me for the full amount.My husband had an upcoming new patient appointment. He confirmed his appointment via text on 3 separate occasions. I called the office to provide his insurance information, and the front desk canceled his appointment and claimed he never confirmed.The hygienists and XR techs are very nice and professional and thorough, but we have had too many unprofessional and inconvenient encounters with this office.

Office staff and assistants are awesome the doctor not so much. Every visit I've spent at least 45 mins waiting. Every appointment has taken hour n a half or more.

Outstanding service and friendly staff. They fixed my aunt's broken dentures and had her new ones made within a week. She's had zero problems with them.So, my aunt is now dealing with her dentures breaking for the FOURTH time. Completely unacceptable. While they keep fixing them, this should not be happening.
