Called the office a few times as a new potential patient, each time I waited on hold for about 3 to 5 minutes before giving up and hanging up. Finally decided to wait it out today (took about 5 minutes to get someone on the phone), only to have a pretty rude receptionist answer (no real greeting, no apology for the hold time, very abrupt) and tell me that they don't service adults in their South Philly location.
