I love having my teeth cleaned by my hygienist, Deb, at the Laudenbach office. Deb is a skilled hygienist who is attentive to every detail. She is highly supportive of meticulous home care, which we review at each visit. She listens to my concerns, and makes sure that all my questions are answered when Dr. Jay Laudenbach then does his periodic exam. Deb’s warm, friendly, and caring approach helps me feel comfortable each time I return to the Laudenbach office.
My long history of complicated dental problems has required multiple procedures and good continuity of care, currently provided by Dr. Jay Laudenbach. Dr. Jay is warm, patient, and caring, supportive during sometimes difficult procedures, and coordinates very closely with my general dentist and endodontist, assuring prompt attention to any emerging problem. At a recent visit to my hygienist, Deb, a small area requiring further attention was identified on routine x-rays. Dr. Jay patiently explained possible approaches to treatment, to assure that I understood all options and could make an informed decision about my next step. I have great confidence in Dr. Jay’s clinical skills and judgment. His ongoing careful assessment, explanation of clinical needs and treatment options, and coordination of care and follow-up help me do my part as a member of my own treatment team, and assure that I will continue seeking treatment and coordination of care at Laudenbach Periodontics and Implants in the coming years.
