The staff is always so nice and helpful! Theyre very communicative and patient focused. Ive only seen Dr. Mestichelli since Ive been coming here, but hes been great every time. Recently had him fix my front tooth since I broke it as a child and the bond is now discolored. A previous dentist wanted to put a crown over the tooth or replace of all four front teeth since I have a bar across the back. Luckily, Dr. M came up with the best solution that does not involve harming any of my teeth. I couldnt be happier with the results!

I have experienced outstanding care every time from Dr. Barnes and the entire team. From routine cleanings with the hygienists to more complex dental procedures like implants and preventive gum care, Ive consistently experienced top-notch care and attention to detail. Im always impressed with the comfort of each procedure, both during and afterward. The office staff is incredibly friendly and flexible with scheduling, making each visit a pleasure. After trying other dentists in the city, Im thrilled to have found Dr. Barnes!

Had a great experience at Mestichelli-Barnes Dental. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in, and was taken back right away. Nicole, my hygienist, was fantastic. She removed all the plaque from my bottom teeth, and I feel so much better now. The environment was clean and friendly. They took my x-rays, did the cleaning, and had me out the door in under 40 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of this office for quite some years now, and I am so pleased with all my experiences. Honestly the entire staff is great, but Dr. Barnes is a wonderful dentist. I am very fearful of needles, and for as scared as I am, I literally cannot feel when he administers needles (if needed) pre-procedure. He is always calm and reassuring; I am never concerned or confused as to what is happening or what future plans may be. Over the years, he has always made time whenever I have had a surprise dental emergency as well. All of the hygienists are lovely too - incredibly thorough yet super gentle! The office is incredibly clean and state of the art. I tell everyone I know to go for dental health! I would not go anywhere else.

I, and family members and friends, have been with this practice for many years. We have always had the best of care and treatment by the team. Nothing is too much trouble to explain or do. The practice team is always up to date on treatment. and skill. Its a friendly and caring atmosphere. I actually look forward to my visits
