Love the space of this dentist office, very modern and clean. Appointments arent hard for me to get. If I cant get on the phone, Ill just simply email Dr. Patel and hes very responsive. Never met a dentist so personable and takes the time to talk to you. The ladies that do the cleaning are phenomenal, too. I know their advice is always helpful its just taking it thats the hardest part. I do miss my childhood past time where you get a toothbrush, mini toothpaste and floss after your cleaning appointment. Sadly, they dont do that here.

Very kindi and professional. So far Ive only had a cleaning but all staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Received a cancellation from the practice via text informing me they have a shortage of dental hygienists and were canceling my appointment. I scheduled the appointment months ago. A call wouldve been nice instead of a text message from a bot.

Dr Neil and his team are the best! Been going there for years, even after we moved away from the neighborhood.

I was experiencing some pain and sensitivity that needed urgent attention. I emailed Dr. Patel in the morning and within an 10 minutes was scheduled for an appointment later that afternoon. Thats the fastest turnaround for any appointment Ive had in health care, let alone a dental office. He and his staff are true professionals.
