I would highly recommend this dental office. Excellent staff, service and ease of scheduling. I admire the professionalism of the doctor and his staff. Dr. Sotelo goes to great lengths to make his patients feel comfortable. He communicates with patient through every step of the procedure.

I had an emergency visit today for tooth pain. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and knowing I had to go for an emergency made the situation worse because I had no choice. Dr. Sotelo and his staff were extremely understanding of my situation and couldnt have been better or more professional at talking me through every moment of my appointment and making me comfortable! I will be going back for more treatment next week and I do not have one ounce of trepidation. Thank you Frankford Dental Care for making an extremely stressful situation an easy one!

Best dentist/dental office I've ever been to! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They always remember you from past visits. The front desk ladies are incredibly helpful with insurance questions, and they always get you in very quickly when needed. Dr. Sotelo is incredibly gentle with the dreaded needles (even in the super sensitive front upper lip area), and always does great work, even figuring out and fixing some issues other dentists had missed. The office also has new technology that I've yet to see before (using a camera instead of a mold for crowns). Dr. Sotelo was the first dentist to take the time to tell me that my teeth weren't a lost cause, and that truly made such a huge difference for me.

If you are looking for a dentist, or want to change to a new dentist, this is the one to go to. Excellent staff and a professional great dentist.
