First let me say I'd give Dr. Fuji 5 stars and the girls at the front desk 1 star. The one girl was SO rude to me on the phone, now when I call to try to schedule an appointment they just put me right on hold! I guess Dr. Fuji is okay with losing a patient over their rudeness! I'll move on to a new doctor. He is such a great doctor and put my fears at ease immediately! So sad I need a new periodontist. Why call the office to just be put on hold and ignored again? Great practice to be associated with. Dr. Fuji is very skilled and all workers are very friendly and always ready to take care of the patient.

Dr. Fuji and his staff are some of the most welcoming, friendly, and polite people I have ever met. From the day I made an appointment for my daughter consultation to the day of her surgery. No matter how many questions I had, they answered without making me feel like I was a bother. The day of the surgery, I knew my daughter was nervous and was gonna cry, and she did bu5 Dr. Fuji and his assistant reassured her that everything was going to be okay and be over before, she knew it. Needless to say the surgery was a complete success. My daughter's recovery was remarkable. She had no pain or any soreness the next. I could have sent her to school because she woke the next morning with no swelling or soreness. She followed the instructions that was given to her and myself by Dr. Fuji and is healing great. I never thought about changing my dentist who I had for 20 years, who I thought was a great dentist but im starting to consider Dr. Fuji as my dentist...lol Thank you Dr. Fuji and staff for an awesome first time experience.
