        This dentist decided they aren't taking my insurance anymore 4 DAYS before an appointment to have MAJOR dental work done. After they took x-rays and all. Now I have to start ALL OVER!! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE TO THEIR PATIENTS (time and money) TO DO THIS! Apparently I am not important enough for them to have told me of this change, and they likely would have allowed me to keep the appointment, THEN tell me I have to pay out of pocket. No one from the office told me anything at all. I got a letter from my insurance advising, and when I called them was told "yeah, I'm sorry, we no longer accept your insurance" like it was no big deal

        My experience with Victoria was great She is the best. She knows her job she does it well her personality is the best. Debbie is so caring and loving and concerned. Keeps me coming back. However when it comes to the plates I am extremely unhappy I know Dr.A would like to believe That he is right but as far as I am corncerned They were made wrong I have tried so hard to make them Work they hurt I am trying How many times do I have to come Back????I hate to be or keep complaining I don't know what to do????
