our experience with Bust Bees has been nothing but pleasant. Our son started at Busy Bees at 18months, after spending his first year being taken care of by us at home. I was nervous about the transitionhowever, from the very beginning the busy bees staff reassured us worried parents and provided our son all the warmth and attention to make the transition easy. I was really impressed how all the teachers not just the ones directly responsible for our Sons care knew his name! I appreciate how every child is greeted by their name every morning at drop offit makes me feel like Im leaving my son in the care of close friends and family. More importantly, Our son loves going to day care and spending time with all his teachers and friends. he shares with us all the new activities he has learned and new vocabulary (including Spanish). We are incredibly satisfied with busy bees that we are enrolling our second child too! Thank you busy bees family!

Our 4 year old has enjoyed Ms. Lauren who prepares the kids for kindergarten. She teaches them manners too! After 3 years of not being able to go into our son's school to witness and engage in his day-to-day routine, I was grateful for our son to be at Busy Bees where their policies make sense. I'm able to feel confident about his care because I can see everyone who works there and talk to them anytime because parents are welcome in the school.

My child has been going to Busy Bees for a few years. We have had a great experience in the infant room with Ms. Stacey and the rest of the teachers, and they really came out of their shell in the toddler room. The cameras are great, we were able to see their interactions, but we also saw some situations that were addressed immediately. The staff is kind and most have been there for years.

Our daughter and son have been going to Busy Bees for the last few years and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made while living in Philadelphia. Like most parents, we visited many learning centers in Philly to find the best fit for our kids (a mix of strong teachers, compassionate ways of working with children, safety, and caring), and Busy Bees stood out as the best option at that time -- and to this day I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone/everyone.While other learning centers feel like for-profit driven corporations, Busy Bees feels like a family-run school where the teachers, director, and kids have deep and caring relationships that fosters growth and creativity in a different way than other schools. Cannot speak highly enough of BB!

Busy Bees has been part of my family's life for five and a half years now: my son went to Busy Bees starting from the age of one all the way until he started kindergarten, and my daughter (now one and a half) has been there since she was two months old! We have been so grateful for all that Busy Bees has done for our kids. The genuine love and care they share with our kids is so apparent every day. When we started at Busy Bees, we had just moved back to Philly from Washington, DC, where my son had been going to a fancy and very expensive daycare. In DC, the daycare was beautiful but the staff suffered from such high turnover that my son's principal caregivers changed multiple times during the course of our time there - which was really disruptive for our son's ability to thrive and form attachments at that young age! Busy Bees, by contrast, has no such problem - we joke that one of our daughter's current teachers changed our son's diaper's too (even though they are seven years apart in age!). There are staff at Busy Bees that have been there for 20+ years! One final thing: the cameras that let you spy on your kids in the classroom are wonderful. It is such a treat to peep in and see that my kids are having a great day.

About
Busy Bee Learning Center

Folks are often surprised to discover that Busy Bees is an independent family business. That's just fine with us! Our vision has always been to create a uniquely balanced setting for our families. It's true that our convenient location allows us to offer the amenities often found in much larger companies. Yet we always strive to maintain a homey atmosphere that reflects our creative approach to childcare. Many of our wonderful staff have been with us for 5 to 10 years. Each room reflects this with its own style and flair. We look forward to adding more pictures periodically.
