My first Daycare experience and Im only being honest here. They were extremely Unprofessional, Rude and to be quite honest Liars! My Son lasted 2 1/2 weeks with them. The problems started after the first Week. So I drop my son off in the mornings. Same routine every morning, we go in. We have to Speak first to be greeted, since day one. (red flag) I get my son situated (all of 3-4 minutes) kiss him goodbye and head on my way to work. Never spent more than 5 minutes there. End of Second week, Owner calls my lady and says that I be lingering around the daycare lol as if I dont have a job that I go to directly after then says I offended the teacher because I asked my son are they treating you bad here? ect. Lol my son cant even speak yet so that explains itself. But lets remember, they are strangers so if I actually did say that, realistically theres no problem. But I didnt even do that. Mind you the owner has never been there, nor has she met me yet. Then third week, my Lady was late 10-15 minutes picking my son up twice because there hours are 8a-4p.. (Thats the trick, cause most people work 9-5, so anytime after 4 is a late fee..) We also got two different late fees prices. Im sure shell explain that part on here. But owner had the nerve to call my phone from a Blocked number 5 minutes after I left, pissed at me speaking very Hostile cause I didnt pay the late fee while I was in there to drop him off, telling me that I said I would pay it there. Opposed to expressing it to the person theyve been in contact with about everything else whos also the one whos paid them money every week. Mind you the owner has never been there for any interactions. But then says the teacher didnt tell her I said that, but she heard it on the video and audio thats how I knew she was a liar. Owner mentioned she has a husband if she ever has to get into it with a man She also said we were late multiple times picking him up, and that we never have problems dropping him off cause theyre always open on time. But funny part is, I literally was waiting for them to open that day cause they opened 13 minutes late. She said I was lying and that they saw me pull up and wondered why I still was in the car that was enough to know who Im dealing with cause I watched the teacher show up for work, open the daycare and turn everything on. I literally waited in the car so they could get situated out of courtesy for them lol The owner said I was lying The only good thing is the Owner negotiated a discounted price with my lady, which was very much appreciated and one of the reasons why we chose them, because we thought it was indicative of Character due to them understanding. Was wrong about that, and maybe the reason why the experience was what it was I leave it there. Its more I can put, but I think yall will get the message.
