The Learning Experience - Northern Liberties

Our 2 year old son went to TLE for several months before we moved out of the area, and we cannot say enough good things about them! His teachers were warm and did an amazing job helping him to transition to the daycare environment. In a short time I noticed that he was learning new concepts, asking more questions and singing new songs. The communication/daily photos are great as well. Safety was a top concern and I loved that everything is contained inside a secure building, including a nice playground for outdoor time each day (another must). The staff here are also so warm and wonderful. Would absolutely recommend TLE to anyone looking for child care in the area.

My daughter has been doing amazing in the preschool class these past couple months. The teachers have created a structured and calm environment. Every time Ive walked in, the kids are calmly and happily working on an activity. My daughter is suddenly interested in reading, loves doing homework, and she excitedly tells us about her day and what she did at school.

We, and particularly our 3yo, love TLE Northern Liberties, aka 'Bubbles and Friends'. The management team and classroom teachers are very caring and provide a fun educational environment. We are impressed by how much our kiddo is learning every day.

We started my son at this TLE when he was 4 months old and it has been great! Security was a priority and they had that with their fob entries. We get many pictures throughout the day which eased my mind throughout my own work day. All the teachers are so sweet and kind, very welcoming. We are only leaving because we are moving to the suburbs. We will miss everyone there!

Our experience moving our son to TLE - Northern Liberties has been night and day to the previous daycare. The teachers are attentive, kind and have become integral parts in the development of our son. We knew we found the right daycare after our first tour; we were able to tour the classrooms while the daycare was open for regular hours (something not offered at other daycares) and our son immediately took to playing with his soon-to-be new classmates! We werent afforded this level of interaction at the previous daycare as parents werent even allowed beyond the front doors. All the kids seem eager upon arrival to see their teachers and friends. Everyone is friendly and welcoming (both TLE staff and other parents). Theres a large outdoor playground that is safe and equipped with age appropriate toys and slides, and there is a dedicated kitchen staff member that the kids are clearly fond of! TLE staff are always kind and transparent about the daily happenings at the daycare. Communication is key for us parents, and they excel at keeping us informed about our child's activities, progress, and any important updates. Even when there are incidents (after all, they are children) the management is communicative to let us know what happened, give us an update on how our child is feeling, reassure us of measures taken to prevent future incidents, and then write up a report sheet at pick-up to document what occurred. Above all else, TLE appears to take care of their staff and invests in their continued career growth. Having recently received a Philly Keystone Stars quality rating at level 4 shows their commitment for improving and meeting high standards. Even though we expect for there to be staff turnaround (as it happens in any type of workforce), its important to acknowledge that they dont let that affect the childrens day to day and they let parents know if there will be temporary or permanent staff changes. Ms Angie and her team are really a delight who provide excellent care for the families at the daycare and dont hesitate to keep us informed of whats going on. We are beyond happy to have found TLE and would recommend it highly to other families looking for child care!
