This Place is The Best My Son went Here first 10 years ago still is teacher still works there and now she is my daughter teacher my daughter has been coming here since she was 8 months she loves all of her teachers everyone there is a blessing in disguise

My child had a really rough transition into pre-k after being at home with mom and dad all day everyday throughout the pandemic. I am so grateful for the patience and kindness shown by the staff at Brightside. Mr. Robert is a godsend!!!! Additionally, Ms. Glynis, Ms. Bansari, Ms. Sheliyah, and Ms. Zaneta have all helped my child so much through their kindness and patience. With their help, my child has really blossomed socially and has become much more independent. Any concerns I ever had were addressed immediately and with professionalism and courtesy. Again, I am just so grateful for the first year of pre-k experience we had there, and hoping this staff stays in place!

My son has been going to this school for several years and what I will say is that this particular center started off really great. However, as the years went by my view on this daycare has drastically changed and not for the better. If you see any good reviews, theyre more than likely years old. Ive witnessed teachers cursing in front of the children or even watching television series on their phones while totally ignoring the children. There are students here who likely need special attention due to behavioral issues and the school just overlooks this. All the good teachers left, for good reason as the center is run very poorly. In addition to all of that, they literally cannot keep a director. I have witnessed at least five or six directors try to take control within the few years that my son has been enrolled. Each one worse than the last. The directors try to spruce up the place and leave shortly after as soon as they realize that they cant. If you can, please find somewhere else to enroll your child/ren. I would not at all recommend.

I checked their reviews, I didnt believe, now I believe, their some teachers has very nasty attitude, they show their anger to the kids, I saw some kids are okay, but I feel that will mentally pressure on the kids. I put my twin kids too, my daughter was ok, but my son wasnt, when I go to drop him off he cries lot, he doesnt want to be there, but no teacher hold him, when I was trying to get out , one lady teacher got so mad, she was showing me so much anger, Now I want say if you show me so much anger, when I leave, than what you will do with my kids, I agree my son dont want to be there, every kid not same , you should have show him love , hold him, try to make him comfortable with you,give him some time, they dont do that, they dont care your baby eat or not, when my daughter came to to the house, she said she didnt eat anything, only in three days I am done, I never will send my kids there , InshaAllah...
