Steph Stathas was my therapist while I was in a residential mental health program. During this time I saw her twice a week. I could always tell that Steph truly cared about me and helping me feel better. Many times Steph went out of her way to show me kindness and compassion. A specific example would be my sessions of neuro feedback. Steph knew how bad my anxiety was with new people, so she made a point to attend the sessions with me, which put me at ease. Steph is an amazing therapist who really cares about her clients.
